The future is inevitable, but it may not happen
The publication design for an art monograph for Dr. Bartek Otocki, whose main design objective was to appropriately showcase the artist's work. The publication's minimalist form provides an appropriate framework, unobtrusive in form, yet not indifferent in graphic terms. The use of three distinct font families, each representing a grotesque, creates a subtle sense of unease while reading the articles. This approach is intended to reflect the emotional impact of the presented images.
The cover itself features an embossed title on the first page. Only after viewing the back of the book can the printed title be read. This may or may not have happened at all.
